Image Chef allows you to add text to pictures on the site. Click on the words to see the photo and then click open: unemployment.bmp.

Wordle makes word clouds and you can use a screen capture to make your cloud into a picture file you could use in your presentation. Wordle's clouds are bmp files, so they might not work in every program. No special software is required for this web tool.

Tagxedo allows also you to put text into word clouds. Save the file as a jpg and you can add it into your presentation as a picture. Your computer will use Silverlight to run this web 2.0 tool.
